Non Serviam Records accepts no liability which she has not accepted explicitly in writing.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved mutually, will be judged exclusively by the competent Dutch court, applying Dutch law (with the exception of private international law).
Images of the items in the webshop may differ from the items in stock.
Non Serviam Records reserves the right to complete order forms herself in case they have not been duly filled out or signed.
Correspondence concerning orders cannot be done by phone. Please send your questions and remarks by email.
There is no minimum order.
Most Girlie shirts are S/M size, which is between S (small) and M (medium), which will fit girls who have size S and also size M.
All financial transactions between Non Serviam Records and her customer take place at the customer's cost and risk.
In case Non Serviam Records has not received full payment within 20 days after receipt of the order form, Non Serviam Records may cancel the order.
Shipping charges are calculated while you do your order. Everytime you click on BUY you get an overview of your ordered items and the shipping costs.
Orders are delivered by prepaid mail. Non Serviam Records puts the ordered goods in good condition and in a normal packing at the disposal of the post or parcel service within 30 days after receipt of full payment.
If you want us to send you your order in a registered package, the webshop will add the appropriate registration costs. Registration is only possible in combination with priority shipping.
Backorder is no option. Non Serviam Records does not provide for insurance of the shipment. Non Serviam Records cannot be held liable for any goods damaged or lost in the post or through parcel service.
In case of defective delivery, Non Serviam Records corrects this defect after the defective goods have been returned into our possession by prepaid mail: If for some reason you want to return one or more items to us, please contact us first by email. We can determine if it's reasonable to return it. If so, you can then send the parcel including a printout of the confirmation email which you received from us. Please note that the parcel must be sufficiently post-paid. Parcels that are sent to us without postage will not be accepted.
